ZEBRA-FACTOR offers high-quality learning programmes and media productions that communicate prevention topics, especially occupational safety and health protection, in a sustainable and effective way. 


ZEBRA-FACTOR Productions offers theatre plays, events and media productions that are specifically tailored to the context of prevention and occupational safety. With the ZEBRA-FACTOR Academy, we offer further training in the field of prevention. 


A core element is the internationally successful model of the ‘7 Roles’, developed by Renate Mayer. We offer webinars, live training and interactive online formats, often supported by professional actors


Media productions and training courses complement each other like the stripes of a zebra: individual, yet perfectly aligned, they form a strong whole that makes cultural change visible.

Dr Renate Mayer combines scientific expertise, teaching experience and innovative approaches for lively training in occupational safety and health protection.


Dr Renate Mayer, a process engineer, combines scientific expertise, years of experience as a lecturer (at university and various BGs) and in-depth knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and health protection. Her academic and didactic training, as well as practical experience as an engineer, are the cornerstone of the ZEBRA-FACTOR Academy's technically and content-wise sophisticated offerings. 


For many years, Renate has been a humour trainer, bringing more joy to occupational safety. In addition, she has professional moderation training and a distance learning degree in ‘prose writing’. All of this guarantees lively, imaginative training. Renate Mayer is happy to inspire you with her quick wit and creative ideas.

Michael Reffi transforms complex topics into captivating theatre plays and media productions, combining musical talent with innovative technology.


Michael Reffi is a creative mind who understands how to present complex topics in an appealing and comprehensible way in his plays and media productions. He brings his great musical talent to bear, as well as innovative production technologies, which he acquires with great curiosity and often to perfection.


Even when the perfect cut is needed, the Hamburg native, who is also affectionately known as a visual surgeon, still lends a hand.


Do you have ‘bitter medicine’? From Michael Reffi, you get the media sugar piece to package bitter truths, serious messages and dry topics. You should not miss it when he makes a scene.

Dr Renate Mayer and Michael Reffi team up to promote and improve the corporate culture in companies in the area of occupational safety.


The core values of their work are joy, success and meaning, all on a sustainable foundation. Joy, success and meaning should always be created for everyone involved. 


It is important to them to make workplaces safer, prevent occupational illnesses and promote health in the workplace. Both also volunteer in their free time, in the field of education policy and in development cooperation.
